We offer a day care service to physically disabled adults and we welcome new members, over the age of 18.

The organisation is a self-help support group, run by the members and supported by dedicated professional caring staff, we have been operating since 2013.

Our service operates from various venues around Northampton, in a safe and pleasant environment, please contact us for further details.

The service is provided several times per week and consists of a range of activities, refreshments are provided free and there is a small charge for lunch.

Come and join us even if you only wish to have a chat, meet new friends and have a coffee. While you are with us you might learn a new craft or even win on the bingo!.

We aim to reduce Social isolation, as it can exacerbate a person’s feelings of low self-worth, shame, loneliness, depression, and other mental health concerns.


We tailor the care and support we give to each individual to ensure that a person’s needs are attended to.
